Censys is an internet intelligence platform that continuously scans the whole internet to map connected hosts, services and certificates, used to understand external exposure and investigate attacker infrastructure.
What is Censys?
Censys collects and refreshes data on the hosts, services and certificates visible on the internet and makes it searchable and analysable. It shows what is exposed from the outside without agents or access to your internal network.
Security operations teams and CSIRTs use it to inventory internet-facing assets, check exposure when a vulnerability is disclosed, and investigate infrastructure used by attackers.
