Customer data is stored and processed in Japan. Our production environment runs on AWS, and the data locations of the AWS, Microsoft 365 and Azure services we use are all in Japan.

Key controls
Access control
Only Pipeline engineers can access customer data, under strict access controls.
Encryption and monitoring
Data is encrypted, and access to and activity on our systems are monitored.
In-house security testing
Our own security team tests our systems.
Business continuity
We maintain a business continuity plan (BCP).
Incident notification
If a security incident occurs, we notify customers in line with applicable laws, guidelines and our contracts.
We carry cyber insurance. Details of the cover are available on request.
